In all other states, we serve as the agents and paralegals of our affiliated network legal professionals in presenting consumers with attorney-approved information and letting consumers ask asking attorney-approved questions. Estate Services Group representatives never give legal advice – that privilege is reserved to the network Attorney who consults directly with each client prior to documents being prepared. All documents are drafted under the Attorney’s supervision and are always reviewed to ensure they meet the Attorney’s specifications.
